Who.is is the new project from trance legend Bart Claessen and fellow Dutchman Raz Nitzan – a prolific producer and former collaborator with 16 Bit Lolitas.With a slight tech-edge to the intro, driving bass and an infectiously euphoric bleep melody, ‘We.are’ quickly sets the pace before a breakdown that harks back to the glory days of classic trance.
