Artur Abidzhba (aka Arthur Deep) has been keeping busy. In addition to launching his new SubLogic(al) label on Proton Music, the Russian progressive all-star has been developing a new sound under his the Shiftone alias. The breakout Shiftone track "Freedom" was originally released at the end of 2009 on Silk, becoming one of the best-selling tracks on the Proton label family in the first half of 2010 as a Beatport Progressive House Top 100 best-seller and a personal favorite of Proton director Jay Epoch. Now the song gets renewed on the Proton Music flagship with fresh remixes from another Silk talent: B.O.N.G., another success story of Silk AandR team. He collaborates here with new partner Eddie M for a funky, bouncy, techno infused remix. Quickly becoming a scene favorite, Soundprank (A Must Have, Replug) hits the decks for his second Proton Music remix after giving us a Shiloh one just last month. This one is just as epic, another building block in Colin's imminently massive career. Finally, Baroque and Sick Watona's Beat Factory project, a collaboration between Big Al (ReadyMix) and Levente Szabo (Human8), makes a Proton Music debut with heavy grooves and tight production.
